Job Title: Development and Installation Engineer

FUNCTION OF THE DEPARTMENT and MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Initiate, lead and follow thru on development of new configurations of LPG kits (1st to 4th generations) for new vehicles, ensuring proper kit selection and error-free working of the vehicle after conversion. Ensures that these configurations and safety standards are properly rolled out to all dealers and are used as the installation standard by all dealers and authorized installers.

FUNCTION OF THE DEPARTMENT & MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The main function of the department is to monitor, assess, and control the financial health and status of the company, ensuring bottom line profitability, while maintaining market acceptable pricing of our products and services. The job entails analyzing all costs incurred, either purchased goods or services, or overhead cost and applying strategies to increase profit margins based on these. It also entails being able to control internal accounting processes and the inflow and outflow of cash/credit. The job requires recommendatory strategies to secure short-, medium-, and long-term loans or additional investments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Determine actual product costs for all imported goods and compute the total cost of each installation
2. Recommend correct product pricing that is acceptable to market, while also within acceptable profit margins.
3. Establish correct accounting procedures and processes that also ensure proper internal controls over cash disbursement and inflow
4. Perform internal audit on a regular basis
5. Suggest ways of securing additional capital either via investments or loans
6. Assess the total profitability of the company
7. Provide monthly financial reports to all Managers and Directors
8. Coordinate well with BIR and external auditor for legal requirements
9. Establish a more efficient method of paying and accounting imported goods
10. Processes all required monthly remittances to BIR

Job Title: Sales Officer/Customer Service Officer

FUNCTION OF THE DEPARTMENT & MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To act as the single point of contact of customers/ clients to the organization for all their inquiries and service requests. She shall promote and sell products of the company to new accounts. At the same time, she shall be responsible for managing the Customer Hotline -- taking note of inquiries and concerns of existing and potential clients, and relaying these to concerned departments/ people for action.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

11. Help ensure timely collections for the sales

Computer Literate, knowledge of automotive parts is an advantage

4. Ensures cleanliness of the car before turning over to the client.
