Job Title: Development and Installation Engineer
DEPARTMENT: Product & Process Development
FUNCTION OF THE DEPARTMENT and MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Initiate, lead and follow thru on development of new configurations of LPG kits (1st to 4th generations) for new vehicles, ensuring proper kit selection and error-free working of the vehicle after conversion. Ensures that these configurations and safety standards are properly rolled out to all dealers and are used as the installation standard by all dealers and authorized installers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Determines correct LPG kit specifications for SGI systems on new vehicles
|

2.
|
Establishes base parameters for LPG engine mapping via selected dynamometer testing
|
|
3.
|
Communicates with principal supplier on technology developments
|
|
4.
|
Creates a document database of vehicle specifications uploaded into the online database.
|
|
5.
|
Ensures accurate and complete vehicle configuration information is updated with Logistics/warehouse
|
|
6.
|
Updates the installation database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all installations for Metro Manila, visayas and Mindanao.
|
|
7.
|
Assesses correctness of Venturi design for new LPG mixers fabricated
|
|
8.
|
Coordinates with local supplier on the timely delivery and accurate design of Venturi mixer
|
|
9.
|
Communicates new configuration to Service and Quality Engineer and to Training engineer
|
|
10.
|
Ensures efficiency of mechanics in installation and implements process improvement in installation
|
|
11.
|
Allocates resources (mechanics and equipment) for both installations and after sales serive
|
|
12.
|
Assesses the technical capability of mechanics in terms of installations and recommends additional training to increase technical mastery
|

|
Supervises initiation and completion of all installations
|
|
14.
|
Acts as backup for Service and Quality Engineer whenever necessary
|
|
15.

Responsible for the following Quality Documents:
a. Installation records
b. Vehicle configurations
c. Turn over sheet
d. Estimate sheet

Job Title: Quality and Service Engineer

FUNCTION OF THE DEPARTMENT & MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Ensures the continuous improvement of the level of quality of service, equipments and products. This includes understanding customers’ complaints and providing them with quick solutions to their technical issues.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise after-sales service of customer vehicles from receiving to releasing

Updates service records in Service Database
|

Analyzes unusual technical issues arising from service complaints and monitors their resolution
|

Supervises the repair and/or replacement of defective or worn out components of LPG kits and its accessories

Updates, monitors and analyzes Issue Resolution Database in order to create a troubleshooting process guide
|
|
6.
|
Performs quality audit on on-site and off-site installations and prescribes improvement actions steps if necessary
|

Manages the maintenance of all relevant equipment for the proper diagnosis and installation of LPG kits.

Effectively communicate to Product & Process Devt Dept the resolution of known problems and changes in configuration for previous installations

Assesses the technical capability of mechanics for servicing and trouble shooting and recommends additional training to increase technical mastery

Assesses the quality of new products from different suppliers.

Checks the correctness and completeness of installation records and informs the Devt & Installation engineer of any outages.

FUNCTION OF THE DEPARTMENT & MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The main function of the department is to monitor, assess, and control the financial health and status of the company, ensuring bottom line profitability, while maintaining market acceptable pricing of our products and services. The job entails analyzing all costs incurred, either purchased goods or services, or overhead cost and applying strategies to increase profit margins based on these. It also entails being able to control internal accounting processes and the inflow and outflow of cash/credit.
