Why LPG?

• Worldwide success
• Cheaper fuel than gasoline
• Much cleaner fuel than either diesel or gasoline
• LPG is widely available now
• Distribution is already established

Financial Benefits
Less maintenance costs

• Cleaner engine due to absence of contaminants like lead, sulfur, metals, aromatics,
• No deposition of carbon on spark plugs
• Smoother combustion since LPG is gaseous
• Improved engine oil life

Lower Overating Cost

• LPG is cleaner than gasoline (or petrol)
• Payback of less than 2 years after initial investment of conversion
• Since its is a clean fuel in itself, the combustion is also much cleaner. LPG contains propane and butane
Lower which are smaller hydrocarbons. It is easier to burn in a normal gasoline engine because you have the Lower injectors to atomize the fuel. Since LPG is already a gas, it burns more quickly.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. I heard that LPG kits are all the same. Is that true?
Definitely not. For an LPG system to be classified as high-quality standard, 3 criteria have to be passed. These are Quality of components, Proper Installation and Perfect Tuning. Our company fulfills all these criteria.
We were the first company in the Philippines that has installed and tuned True-Multipoint Sequential LPG injection kits for Big and Small engine vehicles which complies with EURO 4 emission standards. These kits are extremely superior in terms of capability.

2. What is the mileage for LPG fuel system and is there a difference in power output?
For a carburetor system, it is about 5-15% less mileage than gasoline. Power output for the carbureted vehicles is also about 20% less than petrol-powered cars. However, for sequential systems, the mileage is about 0-10% less and power output is the same, provided the vehicle is tuned properly. The decrease in mileage will depend on the engine condition and driving style.

3. Is it safe?
Tartarini kits of Italy have the passed the highest European Autogas safety standards (67R-01) and are homologated by the Ministry of Transport according to European standards.
Our tanks are 4mm thick and subjected to pressures of 900psi during homologation testing.
Tanks and multivalves are filled to 80% with LPG and subjected to Bonfire testing for 20 minutes.
Cut off valves when excess pressure or excess temperature is detected such as the Pressure Relief valve, Thermofuse and Excess Flow valve.

4. What are the benefits of using LPG?
The price of LPG is about 40% cheaper than gasoline price.
Reduces air pollution in the metropolis as LPG burns cleaner and safer than gasoline.

5. Can you install it on old and new cars?
We can install it on any gasoline-fed engine provided that the engine is in good condition and well maintained. It takes 1-7 days to install our kits ( for carbureted cars we can do it in 1 day).

6. How big is the tank?
The size of our tanks range from 30L to 90L for cylindrical tanks. We also have donut-shaped
tanks (toroidal) which can fit in the spare tire well of the car. The cylindrical tanks will take
up about 25-35% of your trunk space.

7. Where do I refill my vehicle?
There are currently more than 70 LPG filling stations situated around Metro Manila. There are also a few LPG refilling in major cities in Visayas and Mindanao.

8. What will happen if I run out of LPG?
You will be able to flick back to gasoline by button or switch until you reach an LPG station.
For SGI systems, it will automatically switch back to gasoline when LPG runs out.

9. What is the warranty?
One (1) year from the date of installation excluding consumable parts like filters, o-rings, etc.
